Interview practice

a. Conduct four interviews that last at least 30 minutes each.

b. Construct a consent form that explains who you are, what the study/ interview is about, the risks and benefits from being in the study, and the nature of the voluntary consent.

c. Decide what type of interview you will conduct (unstructured to structured) and design the questions.

d. Answer the following:

i. How did you approach this exercise? Did you have a list of questions? Why or why not?

ii. What was the most difficult part of interviewing for you?

iii. Would you change anything the next time you interview someone?

e. Summarize and synthesize what you learned from the interview (approximately four pages).
