We would like you to create a portfolio based on one of the ten positive emotions (for example, a gratitude or serenity portfolio) (Fredrickson, 2009). For this intervention, you need to collect photographs, memorabilia and so forth that help you feel the emotion you are trying to encapsulate. You can be as creative as you like – just make sure you are choosing meaningful and relevant entries. Once you have completed one, try to create, in your own time, a portfolio for all ten emotions

(Fredrickson, 2009). Remember, this is an ongoing task that you can return to many weeks, months from now and reflect upon or add to.
