Investigate the following models of stress as applied to the workplace:

● the demand-control support model (Karasek, 1979)

● job-demands-resources model (Demerouti et al, 2001).

1. Outline and explain the two models as they relate to work-related stress.

2. To what extent do they support the models and theories discussed earlier in this unit?

3. Conduct a literature search and locate studies that both support and refute the claims made by the models.

4. Evaluate the above models of work-based stress
