During your internship at TWC, you’ve uncovered many opportunities for IT to offer more effective management, better information, and improved customer care. You’ve got everybody’s heads spinning with the possibilities, but you realize that it takes careful planning, alignment, and integration to make the best use of information technologies at the diner.
