Much of the communication about the Zika virus has focused on the need for pregnant women (or women who might become pregnant) to avoid getting the virus by not traveling to certain areas, using mosquito sprays and other strategies. One part of the strategy has been to avoid getting pregnant. As you watch the media coverage of the Zika virus, does it place more of the burden of dealing with Zika on women than men?
