While it is not good to be overly self-analytical, take a self-inventory of ways you might act around people of different groups. If you know someone who will be honest, and you are ready for an open discussion of your behavior, ask a friend in another group to give you feedback on behaviors of people from your own group, and of your own nonverbal behavior.
