What action, if any, should Jody take? Shelton Corbett and Jody Kolema were assigned to make a presentation before their company’s board of directors on new licensing guidelines. Because of other projects taking longer than expected, Shelton and Jody are behind schedule in planning their presentation. As they begin rehearsing with slides, Jody realizes that Shelton has used examples of employees doing questionable or illegal actions related to licensing in which the employees’ identities are barely disguised. In other words, Shelton is almost accusing certain employees.
