In pharmacokinetics research, eight mice were subjected to equal doses of a drug for five consecutive days. The purpose of the study was to find out whether their ability to absorb the drug diminishes with use. A blood test was used to measure absorption levels. The following data show the percentages of the drugs absorbed after 1 h following treatment on each of the 5 days of the experiment:  Is there any evidence that absorption of this drug decreases with use? Test at 5% level of significance.
