As part of professional and social responsibility, a Project Manager must balance stakeholders’ interests. A customer has requested a change in a project that will have an obvious detrimental effect on the local community. The PM is not an expert in assessing such an impact, but believes this request deserves special attention. What should the PM do?

a. It is not for the PM to decide this. The requested change should be added to the project through the usual change management process
