The hypothetical study of two drugs A and B designed to lower systolic blood pressure has now been conducted, using a design where individuals are randomly assigned to take specific doses of both drugs. The researchers would like to know if 5 mg increases in each drug can decrease systolic blood pressure by more than 10 mmHg.
