The wheels have the same module and number of teeth are: \(Z_{b}=Z_{e}=20, Z_{c}=30\), and \(Z_{d}=28\). If arm \(L\) makes \(200 \mathrm{rpm} \mathrm{cw}\), find the speed of \(F\), when

(a) wheel \(A\) is fixed, and

(b) wheel a makes \(20 \mathrm{rpm} \mathrm{ccw}\).
