In self-selected groups of three or four, in either your own, or some other large organisation or a large department of an organisation:
a. Investigate carefully the recruitment and selection process and comment critically on:
(i) The extent and manner of the process of job analysis;
(ii) Measures taken to attract a range of suitable applicants;
(iii) The application of different methods of selection;
(iv) The use of (1) an interview plan/checklist and (2) a grading scheme.
b. State clearly the recommendations you would make in order to help improve the effectiveness of the recruitment and selection process.
