On a scale from 1 (least) to 5 (highest) rate yourself in terms of the degree of influence you believe you exercise over your other colleagues for each of the following three headings:

* Expertise power: Will others see you as someone who can exercise influence because of your expertise, skill or knowledge?

* Charismatic power: Will others see you as someone who can exercise influence because of your personality and extent to which you are liked, admired or respected?

* Administrative power: Will others see you as someone who can exercise influence because of your ability to change the way things appear or are done to advantage?
