ETHICS ✶ As a restaurant manager, Ian knows his business well and enjoys servicing his guests. He leaves all the financial dealings to his partner, Patrick. Ian’s philosophy is that as long as customers are coming in to dine, his restaurant will do just fine. He entrusts all of the financial matters of the business to Patrick. From a financial standpoint, do you share Ian’s view? Is there any downside to Ian not actively participating in the financial management of his restaurant? If so, please explain.
