1. Have two observers witness the team in action as members debate important agenda items or strategies. Write detailed notes on who said what to whom, what was the reaction, and so forth. Once you have enough information, discuss between the two of you, in front of the group, what you observed. Mention contributions, strengths, and weaknesses of team members, including the leader. Keep comments as factual as possible, quoting team members and reporting specific reactions from the group.
