4. Based on the priorities of our senior management and organizational structure, the following best describes today’s status of crossfunctional collaboration between SC and other departments in our company (such as marketing, sales, product development, human resources, finance, etc.).

a. Cross-functional collaboration, if it occurs, is sporadic, and typically facilitated in response to a specific issue.

b. We have cross-functional working groups that meet on a routine basis, however, they tend to be project specific and not linked to a broader strategic agenda.

c. SC is fully integrated into a cross-functional working group whose purpose is to drive corporate strategy and DSC performance and utilization of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
