As team facilitator working closely with the product owner (PO), you have picked up on signals that the PO may have a desire to move into agile team coaching. You take the initial step by:

A. Recommending to the PO that they get some training in agile and learn more about servant-leadership.

B. Communicating with the team that they should encourage the PO to take the steps to get into team coaching.

C. Investigating what other team coaches exist in the organization and who could help the PO.

D. Discuss with the PO what the team coach role is all about and offer to mentor the PO about it if there is an interest.
