Fibonacci: 21 Shirt size: M Hours: 12 Rationale: The development team initially disagreed on the size of this story. After further discussion, they agreed on the higher estimate due to the work required to code validation of U.S. mobile numbers and transfer limits. Also, there were a few extra steps added to the requirements to send Auto-Notification and disable recipient action when invalid.
