Observe a real information systems project team in action for an extended period of time. Keep a notebook as you watch individual members performing their individual tasks, as you review the project management techniques used by the team’s leader, and as you sit in on some of their meetings. What seem to be the team’s strengths and weaknesses? What are some areas in which the team can improve?
