4. The events director is worried that the School of Engineering will not start work on its ceremony early enough to finish by 5 p.m. Assuming that everything else goes as planned, by how much can the School of Engineering delay the start of SSBA's work, without then causing SSBA's ceremony to run past 5 p.m. and cause delays for the School of Arts and Sciences?
