If you were to replace this CEO, what actions would you take?

You are the head actuary in a large health insurance company headquartered
just north of Indianapolis. The company has a written code of ethics in place
that promotes the values of teamwork and equal treatment. The CEO and
company founder feels strongly that his employees should treat each other
equally.
However, it is apparent that the CEO does not feel the code applies
to him. He lives only three miles from corporate headquarters in a $12 million
mansion, and commutes to work by helicopter. Everyone is certain that
the company is paying for these excesses, and many employees are disturbed
by it.
You also find it difficult to get an appointment with the CEO—a common
complaint for most top executives in the company. As a result of his
unavailability, most employees get news about their company and their CEO
primarily from the press or from social media.
