Stop and Consider - It has been argued that because there are so many different views and definitions of culture, it is impossible to know what exactly it comprises, therefore it impossible to actually design or change it. Therefore, it is argued, managers should concentrate on trying to change those things about an organization that they can change along with employee behaviour and attitudes.
