Keep a notebook with you for a week and try to jot down all the examples of intergroup conflict that you personally see around you, your friends, and your community. It may be things you observe or things you hear said about different groups. At the end of the week, review these conflicts and identify how you think they got started and what strategies for managing them would be most effective.
