What is a common greeting among friends? Family members? Business associates?

What are some common expressions conveyed through gestures?

When should titles, such as Dr., Professor, Miss, Ms., Mr., Mrs., and so forth, be used? When should these titles not be used?
What are some differences between how family members talk as compared to business associates or friends?
How would a host indicate that it was time for a guest to leave? Or, how would the guest indicate that he or she needed to leave?
