4. Noah’s grandparents recently died, and his parents now find themselves with a large inheritance as well as the wake-up call that they themselves should venture into estate planning. Noah’s older, established brother suggests they set up a bypass trust so all the grandparents’ money goes to their grandchildren. He himself has three children. Although Noah someday hopes to have a family, he is currently back in college pursuing a master’s degree and is very much unattached.
