In the current age the leader must now:

b. Change daily functions and activities to better reflect the requirements of the organization.

c. Adjust current practices so that they better reflect the contemporary demands of daily healthcare practice.

d. Help leaders better structure the organization to support its current practices and sustain them in a changing environment.
