As we discussed in this chapter, some types of job analysis questionnaires (e.g., task questionnaires) can be quite long and require a good bit of time on the part of the SME to complete. What are some ways that job analysts might make these surveys easier on the SMEs who must complete them (and thus improve the quality of the data)? Consider ways to increase the motivation of the SME and also ways to decrease the cognitive load on them.
