Know arguments against his non-violent protest that MLK discussed and his replies to those arguments. Recognize allusions made in the letter and quotes made in the letter know what facts MLK uses to support his claim of ill-treatment of African Americans know what group or groups MLK blames and why know where ray went to school and when. Know what issues she faced at university know what actions she took part in know what mistakes she made during her time there compare her to MLK in some way, even though their experiences are a decade apart.
