Select a current, debatable topic of broad cultural interest, and draft a persuasive essay for an audience of your peers, assuming some of your peers are Christians and some are not. this must be a formal persuasive essay in which you state your thesis argument in terms of something which you think "should" or "should not" be done/legal.

Make sure that you support your argument with clear advantages to your position. Do not forget to raise and refute as many objections to your position as you can reasonably anticipate.
