100 g mol/h of a saturated hexane-octane vapor F, containing 68% mol of hexane, is separated by a distillation process. In order to increase the efficiency of the operation, a part of the product L is recirculated to the distillation tower. A stream B containing 5% mol of hexane is obtained from the lower part of the tower.
