• 1. Create a full case study and case analysis assignment based on one of these 4 concepts: Medical Malpractice/Negligence Claim, EMTALA Issue, Consent Issue, End of Life Ethical Issue. 2. Case study must have full fact pattern. Can be based off of a real-life case (keep in mind HIPAA issues if from your real life) but must have facts in the scenario, so that the case can be approached from either side of the issue. 3. Must create an instruction sheet for students to analyze the case study. 4. Instruction sheet must include a requirements and structure of the analysis.
