2. Create at least two market segments of what you expect the most likely customers are. 3. Create at least 1 user persona of a targeted customer. A user persona is a fictional representation of how you would identify the ideal customer for your chosen business or brand. Include age range, lifestyle, hobbies/interests, career, etc. Be specific. Provide details.

This section is the FOCUS of this project. You should provide several examples of different types of content seen on the website. The content you are looking for is IN ADDITION to the product information that might be on the website. Some of the content might not be noticeable from the home page of the site. You will need to thoroughly explore ALL sections of the website, not just the area focused on the product.

Be specific about the types of content they provide and describe the topics of the content.

Provide specific examples (screenshots) of content that you liked best or found to be helpful or funny that could be used to generate traffic to their website. Look for things that might provide reasons for someone to want to be a loyal customer or things that might help people use their products. Do not focus only on the products. Look beyond the product pages and product details.

Do they have any solutions for customers? FAQ's (Frequently asked questions), blog posts, social media feeds, instruction manuals, help guides, product reviews, videos, social causes, or any sort of product questions/answers.

Provide an example of how your identified user persona might benefit from and use the content.

6. What are the pros/cons of the website and its content? What suggestions do you have on how this brand can improve their content marketing? Spend some time writing out a reflective and analytical response identifiying the pros/cons that you can identify.
