2. Describe what you aspire to achieve. Write out your worthwhile goal.

• Define in specific, measurable, achievable, relevant terms what you intend to accomplish or become.
• Decide on a specific date when you will achieve your goal.
• Draft in as much detail as possible exactly what it is you intend to achieve alone or as part of or with a team.

3. Take a time to figure out who you are, what type of leader you intend to be and where exactly you are heading. Write out the details.
