(c) An agreement made May 1, 2020, in which Marvel Corporation agreed to rent an auxiliary warehouse for $5,000 per month from September 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021.

(d) An agreement in which Andrew Marvel personally agreed to be responsible for covering any failure by his 19-year-old daughter Lola to pay her charge account at Grant Department Store, where Lola charged a purchase of $400 in clothes to her account and now refuses to pay.
