1) evaluate the three task force diagnosis in PATA: 1) not enough time between appointments

2) not enough room and 3) not enough physician. Are these diagnosis valid? If so are they the primary contributors to long patient wait time? Why or why not?

2) what factors contribute to variability in PATA process flow and what control if any, does the clinic have to eliminate it?

3) what changes would you recommend to improve PATA?
