The state tourism department would like to construct some faclifies to increase visitors to the state. it can only build one of each faclity type with the goal of maximizing expected visitors. Projects have to be completely funded each year of their construction. Any surplus budget from year 1 will not transfer to year 2 . Addsanaly, they would tike to buld at most ene from park or skating rink. They would also the to buld at least museum or arboretum. Formulate the problem as an integer programming model and find the projects to fund to maximize the visitors to the state
