(2) Assume Frank agreed to sell his laptop to Robyn yet, before Robyn arrives to pay and collect the laptop, Frank gets a visit from his neighbour, Tim - who offers to buy the laptop for $1,200. Frank agrees and sells the laptop to Tim on the spot.
