Virtual Teams: These are teams where members are geographically dispersed and communicate primarily through electronic means. 5. Project Teams: These are temporary teams set up to complete a specific project or task. Once the project is completed, the team is usually disbanded. 6. Matrix Teams: These are teams where members report to more than one boss. They may report to their functional manager as well as a project or product manager.
