1. Introduce the position or the lens (From the following two theoretical frameworks) that you feel make more sense as far as your perspective;

a) Critical organisation theory,

b) Interpretative organisation theory

2. Write in a journal style, narrating where you were (ideologically) before reading the three theories, stating what kind of questions you asked as you moved forward in your readings, and showing how your own view and perspective has evolved and where does it stand now.
