2. Inspiration Identify 3 leaders you draw inspiration from Elaborate on their history, style and connection to social responsibility

3. Leadership Experiences and Accomplishments Describe and reflect on specific leadership roles you've held (informal and/or formal) Reflection on volunteerism during your time in your program (if applicable), or highlight key accomplishments/challenges you have overcome thus far in your leadership journey Can include: evidence of your impact such as letters of recommendation, resume, project reports, and/or notable certificates of completion (referenced in the portfolio and attached as appendices, not included in word count)

4. Leadership Framework Self-Assessment Complete and reflect on 2 separate self-assessment measures (more will be introduced in class)

5. Future Leadership Development Plan Identify gaps in leadership knowledge or experience and identify methods to further develop your abilities. What are your areas for growth and improvement? Set 3 specific goals for enhancing your skills and outline actionable steps to achieve those goals

6. References & Appendices Must provide detailed list of all sources cited following APA style Include any relevant artifacts (letters of recommendation, certificates, resume)

The Leadership Portfolio is to be well organized, professional, and error-free. Overall word count should be around 2000-3000, however, quality and depth of content matter more than word count. Class time is being provided, consultation during the process is encouraged. You are welcome to utilize headings, subheadings, and bullet points or other design elements for clarity.
