1. My name is Nicky Sticky. My date of birth is May 19, 1985. I am the moving party in this motion. I swear this motion for the purpose of my motion regarding what school my child should attend and for no improper purposes. 2. My ex-husbands name is Bobert Gobert. His birthday is June 20, 1986. In my opinion, Bobert Gobert is a bum and anything that he says is irrelevant, garbage. I believe that conclusion the judges comes too should be that Bobert is a bum. 3. My ex and I were married on June 6, 2012. 4. My ex and I separated on June 1, 2020. 5. My ex and I have one child together, Whitney Britney. Whitney was born on September 1, 2012. Whitney is entering Grade 6 next year and can no longer attend her elementary school. Whitney is a fantastic singer. I believe this is incredibly relevant to the decision of what school she attends. 6. Me and my ex cannot agree on what school our daughter Whitney should attend. I am bringing a motion and I am asking the court to decide that Whitney attends Scary Barry School. My ex wants Whitney to attend Awesome Possum School. 7. Both schools are in the same area and me and Bobert both presently live here. They are equal distance from both of our houses. Although, if we are getting technical, ScaryBarry is about 10 minutes walk closer to my house. Whitney could absolutely benefit from being home 10 minutes earlier to sing a song. 8. Whitney is a bright, exceptional, and well-adjusted child. Whitney has always thrived in school and has always been a bright light in my and Bobert's lives. One thing you should know about Whitney is that Whitney is close to many of the activities that she does after school. Singing, dancing, guitar are close in proximity. 9. When Whitney was 5 years old, Whitney lived in Norway. While in Norway, she learned to speak a foreign language. I feel like this information obviously means that you should absolutely pick Scary 10. The plan I have put forward is in Whitney's best interest. The school is without question oriented toward her unique needs, circumstances, aptitudes, and attributes. For example, Whitney loves guitars. And Scary Barry has a special focus on guitars - there are guitars all around campus. 11. Bobert's family is independently wealthy. They flaunt their wealth, show it off and rub it in everyone's faces. They parade around town, eating at fancy restaurants. Bobert's family showers love and praise upon Whitney, rubbing in her face the immense wealth that they have. It is absolutely pathetic. They think they can rub this into our face with all of this focus on the wealth. 12. On the flip side, my parents are grocery store employees. They work at the biggest grocery store in our city. I am a secretary. I spend most of my days researching things that are in Whitney's best interest. I am vehemently opposed to guns. I do not believe that a parent should allow their children around guns. Whitney is terrified of guns. Every time she attends Bobert's residence, she is scared that he will pull out the guns. Or worse, yet, he will make Whitney to play Fortnite, her least favorite game. This is completely relevant to the decision as to what school Whitney should attend. 13. There is something the court should know about my ex, Bobert. I believe that Bobert is engaged in an unhealthy lifestyle. Bobert has an OnlyFans page, where he posts lewd, disgusting, and despicable content. I cannot believe that Bobert would do as a parent to Whitney. It is clear that Whitney cannot go to the school that Bobert picked because of his OnlyFans page. 14. I am a Francophone and so is Whitney. Awesome Possum School does not offer a French language program. Scary Barry does and it embraces my French language rights. 15. Whitney is exceptional at Drama. Drama is where Whitney thrives. However, I do acknowledge that Scary Barry School has a more heavy focus on math and science. I believe that Whitney should get more exposure to math and sciences. 16. Scary Barry also has a great gym program and Whitney loves the gym. Whitney, like her father, is a gifted and natural athlete. Awesome Possum School in fact does not allow you to do gym, as they believe physical fitness is bad. 17. I graduated from Scary Barry School. That is exactly why Whitney should go to Scary Barry School. My family has a long lineage of history attending this school. My father and I were both Valedictorians. Whitney does not seem to care about this right now, but I know that she will care in 5 years. My father and I have pictures framed in the school.Whitney would see our faces each and every day. Whitney would be added to the wall where all of our faces are. Whitney should be proud of having her face on that wall. 18. Whitney has told me and Bobert that she wants to attend Scary Barry School. All of her friends are attending this school. She has seen a lot of the same programs that are there and she loves them. Whitney does not know anyone attending Awesome Possum School. In fact, her biggest bully who was in her school who she hates is attending Awesome Possum School. On the last day of school, this bully looked Whitney in the eye and said "I cannot wait for you to attend Awesome Possum School so I can bully you". Whitney is very nervous about this student. I would be too. What a bully! 19. My best friend works at Scary Barry School. It is really convenient for me for Whitney to go there because she can help out with Whitney. Whitney does not have a preference one way or another for my partner, but I know that Whitney will turn around in time. Attending Scary Barry would be more convenient for me because it would mean my best friend could bring Whitney home after school. We have a love hate relationship, sometimes we fight, sometimes we are friends, but I know that my best friend will always help out in this regard. 20. I work 10-hour days, Monday through Friday. When I get home, I do not have a lot of time to help out with Whitney's homework. When I get home from a long day at work, I am far more concerned with watching Netflix and relaxing with Whitney. I believe that my ex, Bobert, is better situated to help Whitney to help with their homework. I actually really dislike homework. It would be my preference for homework for students to be outright abolished. 21. Whitney has told me that she wants to be a jazz guitarist when she grows up. I disagree with this decision. She needs to be exposed to different subject matters - specifically math and sciences. 22. Whitney has an individualized education plan (IEP). Whitney requires her to have an educational assistant at all times. Scary Barry would be able to provide her with an educational assistant and meet all aspects of the IEP. Awesome Possum School would not be able to accommodate Whitney's IEP. 23. Bobert has bought a house approximately 30 minutes away from where she is currently living. Bobert is moving in 6 months. Me, Bobert and Whitney met a few weeks ago to discuss is move. Bobert had no idea how he was going to get Whitney to and from school. This is classic Bobert. He is a dead beat father, who is selfish. He has a truly ugly face. If you saw his face, you would know that a man like this would not be able to make any decisions regarding Whitney. Ugly soul, ugly decisions. 24. I believe it is important to be very transparent about my past challenges. I am a recovering alcoholic and cannot drive my vehicle anywhere. I have been arrested 12 times for driving under the influence and the last time, the judge said I could no longer drive. This is not an issue, as the school bus drives Whitney to and from work. However, I know that Bobert will likely bring this up and I think it is important for me to tell thecourt this. I believe it has zero relevance. Whitney can still get to school everyday on time. 25. Whitney really enjoys Minecraft, Christmas music and eating Jelly Beans. Whitney dislikes loud music, scary images and Lego. Whitney needs a school that supports her interests. Both schools have Minecraft extracurricular programs. 26. When me and Bobert were still together, we spoke all the time about Whitney attending Scary Barry School. We never made a firm decision, but it was always our intent to enroll at Scary Barry School. We went to several school in house meetings and Bobert boldly proclaimed "this is the school for Whitney!" Bobert has previously admitted this in all of his court pleadings. 27. There is a problem posed by Scary Barry School. Whitney will need to wear a school uniform. Whitney has expressed some concerns about this, but is prepared to wear the uniform. I think we could get some counseling down for Whitney to become used to this. 28. According to our most recent court order, I have sole custody over Whitney. I have made all decisions regarding Whitney's health, education, activities and religion since we have separated. There has not been a single issue that Bobert has said that I have made incorrectly. In fact, outside of Bobert attending an odd meeting here or there, Bobert has been virtually unavailable in all things pertaining to the school. 29. There is a problem posed by Awesome Possum School. Awesome Possum has a very strict no long hair rule. Whitney has very long hair. Whitney does not want to cut her hair. I don't know how Whitney would cope with something like that. 30. The Fraser Institute ranks Awesome Possum High School higher than Scary Barry. Bobert keeps saying that this means that Eleganza is a worse school than Awesome Possum. 31. Whitney is not Catholic. In fact, our family is Muslim. We do not celebrate any Catholic holidays and Whitney has no knowledge of things like communion. I do not even know that Whitney knows who Jesus Christ is. 32. Whitney would thrive at Scary Barry School. They have several courses dedicated to law and legal studies, something that Whitney is very interested in. Whitney believes having a good civic understanding of the law is crucial. Awesome Possum High School offers no law courses and actually believes that learning the law is pretty harmful to children. They discourage any focus on the law. 33. Whitney has a very unique need. Whitney has always spoken about needing to have a program that allows her to play the tuba in music class. That Whitney is obsessed with Tuba's. Don't ask me why. Awesome Possum School has a full band with all the instruments. Bobert tells me all the time about those tubas. I don't really know what Scary Barry's band situation is. 34. There have been a number of swatting issues at Awesome Possum. I counted three incidents in the news recently. I know there are plans to address these issues.35. Bobert Gobert and I both equal parent Whitney, with one week Whitney living with me and one week Whitney. However, I have always made decisions regarding school and have always been the person to communicate with the school regarding all decisions regarding Whitney's well-being. Bobert has never attended a parent-teacher interview. 36. I believe that it is relevant at the end of this Affidavit to indicate that 20 years ago, Bobert Gobert was involved in a hit-and-run. He murdered a 22 year old college student with his car. I always thought that Bobert did it on purpose. He is a depraved man. The judge should absolutely take this into consideration - can a cold-blooded murder truly make decisions about a child's school? 37. There was two bomb threats called in regarding Scary Barry School. These are overexaggerated. Kids make bad decisions all of the time
