1. On September lst, 2021, the We Love Pomeranians Dog Club ("Pomeranians Club") orally gave an order to Pets Custom Shirts, Inc. ("PCS") for shirts worth $1,500. Pomeranians Club is planning its ten-year anniversary celebration. The shirts will have a picture of a Pomeranian printed on them, as well as the name of the club and the date and place of the celebration. The order is to be completed by October 15, 2021. On October 10, 2021, Pomeranians Club calls PCS to cancel the order. PCS has already processed the order and the shirts are ready to be shipped. Discuss in detail whether or not this oral order is enforceable once the shirts have been made. 2. On July 15, 2021, Nick Ghost offers to sell his vacant home to Cage Ryder for $50,000.
