Save the export steps. 3. Export the rptPatronDonations report as a PDF document named PatronDonations to the Access2> Case3 folder. Change the caption for the main form's navigation buttons to Donor and for the subform's navigation buttons to Donation d . Add a chart to the second page of the tab control. Use the tblDonation table as the record source , select the PatronID , DonationValue , and DonationDate fields, use the 3-D Column Chart type, include a legend , and use Donations by Patron as the chart title. e . Change the chart to a Clustered Bar chart 7. Close the Community database .8. Open the Volunteer database , which is located in the Access2> Case3 folder provided with your Data Files Create an application part called Volunteer with the description Volunteer information , and do not include the data. Close the Volunteer database .9 Open the Community database . Create a table called tblPotential Volunteer using the Volunteer application part. 10. Make a backup copy of the database , compact and repair the database , and then close it.
