#3: Please walk me through a well designed Recruitment Plan. Please use the text to help you outline your thoughts. For every step I'd like you to include either an example from your own life to an example from the real world to illustrate you understand the concept. Feel free to add steps to the process if you feel like it will help you attract a certain type of candidate.

#4: Please speak in detail to the many law as that are present in a lawful and through recruitment plan. Please describe each and give and example. Also, please speak to a time when you have been recruited for a job. Think about it...
