1. Review a local newspaper, or online article (The Globe and Mail or The Toronto Star) and read an article about a project that is either planned or underway. There are many articles available and this should not be an issue to find!

2. Do some research about the project you have chosen and determine what exactly is happening on the project... it's in the newspaper for a reason!

3. Write brief paper (no more than 1 page single spaced, or 2 pages double-spaced) outlining what you think is happening in the project and why. Please do NOT simply restate the article but tell me, in project management terms, what is happening. Please cite all resources used accordingly.
