1. Select and define a domestic policy issue.

2. I'd like to see a proposed solution to the issue.

3. I'd like to see a presentation of both sides of the controversy surrounding the issue. For example, if there was a problem and the solution was the "perfect solution" for all parties, we would have implemented that solution. Look at the arguments for moving forward with the proposed solution and the arguments against moving forward with the solution. Present both sides of the issue, and be as "neutral" as possible.

4. I'd like to see an evaluation of how likely the proposed solution is in terms of being implemented. Will it be implemented? When? Why? Does "who is in control" of a part of Congress play a role?
