1. Student makes a choice on the company what is going to be analysed. Company from your country or Latvia must be analysed! Short description about the company and business must be made before company structure. Student designs company structure till the single job position. Student has to describe the aim of each department or position. The student must describe and justify the principles on which the structure is formed. 2. Job description for one position of the same company (take from the company chart, use the Job Description format! ) The student chooses one position from the created structure and develops a job description for the chosen position. The student must use the proposed format. 3. Job advertisement – choose information from job description and other company operations related information, design advertisement. The student creates a job advertisement for the same job position for which the job description was developed. How you will do recruitment for this position? What kind of media you are going to use? If other methods, explain and make argumentation. 4. Job interview. Questions to be asked according to the job description, job specification and job advertisement. Follow the order of the interview questions! Make sure the questions match the selected job position. 5. Motivation system for the company. Explain what kind of theories where applied.
