There could be one or several values for each goal that you have, and the values might be the same or similar for different goals.
4) Now that you've establishes goals, acknowledge your motivations, and reflect on your values, consider how to go about achieving your goals.
5) Write two or more sentences about what you learned about your goals, motivations, and values.
