1. The Muscat electricity (ME) is a leading electrical Services provider in the sultanate of Oman. The company needs to incorporate the bill calculation system in the web-based system of the company. As a developer, your task is to create a web Service that can fulfill the bill calculation requirement. The web Service will be integrated with the web based system of the company online. The bill calculation is done based on the unit consumed. The Utility tax is added to the bill cost. There are different slabs mentioned below which are used for bill calculation. The higher the units consumed higher is the billGovernment employees and Muscat electricity employees are given a discount according to the units consumed. In the case of both Government Employee and Muscat Electricity Employee only Muscat Electricity employee Discount is given which is higher. The XML Web Service must take the user details including the personal details and units consumed by the user. The XML Web Service must return the total bill amount after adding the necessary tax and another amount mentioned in the table below.
