1. Use a Gantt chart, or some other project management tool for this project based on the most likely completion times for the various tasks and approvals, (demonstrate purpose and relevance). You may have to do a bit of research here to assist this effort. 2. If Rikert proceeds, will crashing be necessary? If so, what are the options available to the crash the project? 3. What aspects of the project will result in the most significant risks and challenges? Are they surmountable? 4. Discuss if Rikert should move forward with the project.
